An annoyingly egocentric social media phenomenon shot, stricken in the midst of a night to withdraw and pulling out him by criminal manners. Whatever he might be (that could like or dislike), exist legal and opportune manners to let him gently get out from any kind of entertainment. Whoever has been - MUST pay the damage, looking at any possible lacked or missed chance, violation of privacy, human rights, intimacy, assaults of personal items with consequently exploration and diffusion of personal data, information, photos/videos. No delay in the process/case opening. Reminder: opening of processes have to start within the right time. Expiration is 5 years to claim the amount of the credit, damage penalty or whatever it could be called. Considering that I complained it on May, 2024 - we’re already over the second year. I am not asking inheritances, gifts or donation. I am seeking for what normally is called “right”. And such a right is exclusively personal. No other people can revenge it.
